Happy Birthday Dear Charles. One of my favorite Neighbors. He actually was the first to welcome me to the Neighborhood with his charming smiling and giggle.

This year Community is even more important and we take care of each other. Birthdays can’t be forgotten either. So, he got his honorary cupcake and bottle of his favorite wine ♥️. And elbow bump 😊. Love Him:)
